It is so important to also do special things for yourself, self-care is a priority! Yes, we talk about it and #selfcare. But are we actually allowing our mind and body recover from the stress and anxiety of a busy lifestyle? Here are 12 essentials steps to guiding into the very best version of who God has created you to be. 

  1. If it feels wrong, don’t do it. 
  2.  Say exactly what you mean. 
  3. Don’t be a people pleaser.
  4. Trust your instincts. 
  5. Never speak bad about yourself. 
  6. Never give up on your dreams. 
  7. Don’t be afraid to say no. 
  8. Don’t be afraid to say yes. 
  9. Be kind to yourself. 
  10. Let go of what you can’t control. 
  11. Stay away from drama and negativity. 
  12. Love. 

I want to leave you with these 12 steps to create the best self-care of your LIFE! That’s right! You can do all twelve at once or take it one step at a time. Most importantly, do what is best for you and your mental health. To create the best you there is, I would encourage you to start slow and then see where you grow from there.
